This milk comes to you from cows treated with love and respect - They enjoy grazing on lush pastures in season and daily outdoor exercise during winter months. Minimal ProcessingWe use minimum temperatures during pasteurization & cold separation of cream to preserve the "fresh from the farm" flavour and nutritional value. Improve taste, reduce wasteOur glass bottles support the environmental principals of reduce, reuse & recycle. Each bottle averages 15 - 20 trips. In fact we are the only Organic Dairy in Eastern Canada selling milk in glass bottles. Working in Harmony with Nature To maintain a healthy soil most of our land is devoted to hay. As ruminants, cows require a diet high in roughage. They get this from pasture during the summer months and hay during the winter months. This is another reason why our milk tastes so good. Local Food Plus (LFP) Certified Harmony products are produced & marketed locally. Kosher (COR) certifiedHarmony milk is kosher certified by the Kashruth Council of Canada.
